Wrightsboro Road Development Retail Center Augusta, GA

This retail center adjacent to the Augusta Mall was designed from the beginning for 3 specific retailers. Through the design-build process, Clifton Construction was able to help the owner by looking at each individual lease agreement and accommodating accordingly.

This project required us to remove an existing building in order to prep the site. This included excavating next to the main entrance of Augusta Mall. Also, we helped to protect the existing mature oak trees. This is a wood frame building supporting a single ply roof by wood trusses. The exterior consists of stacked stone, brick and EFIS. The exterior features were designed to coordinate with each client's signage.
