Winston has been in construction for over 25 years, mainly doing carpentry. Started out doing privacy fences, decks, and small remodeling jobs. At the age of 17 he began framing houses Winston believes that a strong work ethic and honesty are essential and inseparable, and there is always something new to learn and always room for improvement.
