Veterinary Healthcare Associates was a hard-bid project. During the pre-construction phase, we were able to provide a value engineering option to help reduce the total cost of the project for the owner.

The 8,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building has a standing seam metal roof, metal wall panels and a stone exterior. This full service veterinary center in North Augusta, South Carolina features interior and exterior patient kennels, surgical suite, crematorium and a unique peaceful interior waterfall. A durable epoxy and stained concrete floor compliments warm colors and upscale finishes throughout the center to provide a welcoming, comfortable space for patients and their humans.
