Premier Networx's state-of-the-art technical operations headquarters is centrally located at the Columbia County and Richmond County line which uniquely positions them in the center of the community that they serve right here in the local CSRA community. This 13,500 SF facility includes an impressive front lobby, training classroom, conference rooms, a seating, and reception area, a fully equipped kitchen/breakroom, a large outdoor patio, an assortment of server and data rooms, a tech lab, and several offices in addition to the expansive technical operations room.
This design consists of a pre-engineered metal building structure with light gauge metal stud framing. The idea for the design of this project was to incorporate some modern elements that illustrate that of a technology facility. The exterior facade consists of assorted colors of brick veneer, various types of pre-finished nichiha paneling, and ACM paneling at the front entry. The interior also reflected a modern design concept throughout the building as we utilized various flooring (ceramic tile, LVP, and Kinetix flooring) and many clouded gypsum soffits and bulkheads to break the open workspaces. In addition, multiple herculite glass wall systems were used to help amplify the modern/sleek design of the interior to complement that of an IT facility.
