Hal Beman

Hal graduated with a degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University. A 20 year veteran of the construction industry, Hal started as a project engineer and scheduler in large commercial/industrial projects, eventually being promoted to site manager. From there he developed his project management skills in Washington DC for a commercial developer in a very fast paced construction market. After returning to Augusta with his family, he continued his project management and project planning skills working for retail developers and General Contractors.
Hal has significant experience as a Project Manager, Project Planner and estimator in a variety of federal, state and private projects. Hal?s experience encompasses multiple markets, contract delivery methods, and construction industry sectors. Completed projects include FBI training facilities, bomb testing facilities and warehousing, multi-story office complexes, parking decks, students housing, large retail tenants such as Tractor Supply, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and JC Penny, and numerous historical renovation projects including the Historical Miller Theater.
