Urgent Care Medical Office Construction - Augusta, GA

SD Clifton Construction was selected by the owner to work with Nicholas Dickinson Architects to construct a 7,402 square foot urgent care medical office building in Richmond County, GA.

The building of this project consists of reinforced concrete foundation and slab on grade, structural steel framing, suspended concrete slab on deck, metal stud framing, brick veneer, single ply roofing, aluminum storefront, drywall, aluminum composite panels (ACM), EIFS, fire protection sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, lead lined walls at X-Ray and CT Rooms, site grading, underground retention, asphalt paving, site utilities, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and landscaping. One unique thing about this building is the exterior patio accessible from the second floor.
