Medical Office Construction - Columbia, SC

Clifton Construction partnered with Concentra Health Services, Inc. to upfit an existing building for Concentra's new facility in Downton Columbia, SC. This 6,874 square foot facility includes two procedure rooms, an X-Ray room, a Physical Therapy room, two drug screening rooms, a laboratory, a waiting room, as well as 10 exam rooms.

The flooring included both LVT and carpet tile. A new ceiling grid system was installed along with updated lighting. Solid surface countertops and backsplash were used throughout, including the reception and support staff areas. A color block paint scheme helped to maintain the contemporary and minimalist aesthetic of the interior. In addition to the interior work Clifton Construction performed, additional parking spaces constructed from permeable pavers were also added.
