Aspen Dental and Chicken Salad Chick Details

Aspen Dental/ Chicken Salad was a site demolition, site redesign and shell project for a developer out of Florida. This was a hard bid project that turned out beautifully. Clifton Construction worked with Aspen Dental, Chicken Salad Chick and The Developer to give them the rough in and finishes on the exterior to meet their image criteria. The Chicken Salad Chick also had a cedar pergola that we built at their outside dining area that added to the curb appeal of the project. The structure is structural stud walls with a bar joist and decking roof with a TPO membrane. The exterior finishes are synthetic stone with a precast sill and stucco above and brick veneer.
